         **UPDATE**

Due to COVID 19, we will only allow 2 persons max to come to our ranch when picking up your puppy. Persons coming MUST wear face mask as mandated by Riverside County. This is for the safety to all. We appreciate your understanding.

When you come to pick up your furever friend, you can expect to not only meet Ron & Kerry, but you will also get to meet both of the Parents of your Puppy.

We do take extra precautions when you arrive. You will be asked to  or step into a bleach solution. You will also be asked to clean hands with a cleansing agent. The purpose is to ensure that no viruses pass from human to puppy.

Your puppy will have completed 1 parvovirus vaccine and 1 puppy series vaccines. You will need to complete the series of vaccines with your vet. We advise that you be very cautious and don't advise you taking your puppy to dog beaches, dog parks, or common areas until you have completed puppy series of vaccines (approximately 16 weeks).

We will spend time going over all paperwork with you, and answer any questions that you have.

It is important to come at your scheduled time. We only schedule 1 family per hour. You will be asked to park your car at the locked gate, and contact us upon arrival. We will meet you at the gate.

How the puppy picking process works

What to expect when picking up your puppy

Winchester Goldens & Labradors

We schedule each family in order of who reserved 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc.  We cannot tell you until puppies have arrived how many males/females you will have to pick from. Once puppies have arrived we contact each family and can let you know then. We arrange pick up dates based on the weening process. Typically puppies go home between 7-9 weeks and after the vet has cleared them to go home to their new families.
